Here at RS Accountancy, we don’t prescribe to the stereotype that accountants are boring human calculators or ‘bean’ counters who sit behind a desk crunching numbers all day.
Yes, most of us are pretty good with numbers it is true, but we’re not mathematical geniuses working for the government cracking codes in our spare time – although how cool would that be?
We’re the same kind of wonderful, smart, interesting people you’ll find in any other profession and we range from quite loud to contemplative, serious to hilarious, introverted to extroverted.

Our 5 stage recruitment process
Apply
You tell us all about you through your CV / Linkedin / 16 personalities test and also a video where you'll submit your answers to questions we provide.
Review
We review applications to screen for a variety of criteria.
Tasks
You'll be asked to complete both a Communications and Technical Task along with the completion of something called Talent Dynamics.
Interview
We will discuss what we've learned about you during the recruitment process and get to know you better and what you'd bring to our team.
Offer
We make an offer to the candidate we feel is the best fit for the role. (subject to references being obtained).
